Aleksi Honkanen first joined Replico for a summer job in 2024 and has been a permanent member of the team ever since. In June 2026, Aleksi graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, and his job title changed from assistant inspector to junior advisor.
Aleksi currently works on CUI inspections for clients in Southern Finland, and occasionally performs X-ray inspections at other sites as well. Now that he has his engineering degree, Aleksi plans to obtain radiography certifications as well as PT, MT, and VT surface testing certifications.
As an employee, Aleksi is responsible, sociable, and self-motivated. At Replico, he appreciates the opportunity to shape the flow of his workdays himself, while knowing that support from his colleagues is available when needed. In the future, Aleksi is interested in specializing in power plants, which are critical to the functioning of society.
