Jarmo Aitta

Jarmo Aitta joined Replico in spring 2025, having already worked on many joint projects with us. Earlier in his career, he has worked in a variety of roles, including more than a decade in inspections, both in management and practical roles.

For him, the best aspects of inspection work are working with people, contact points, good teams, and a reasonable level of challenge. Jarmo has all NDT qualifications, a few special methods, and IWT qualifications in his toolbox. He also has the expertise and motivation to develop his work.

During his inspection career, Jarmo has led annual maintenance inspections of several boilers and is very interested in the management and development of boiler life cycle and condition monitoring. Throughout his career, Jarmo has also been heavily involved in the introduction of new inspection methods, such as phased array ultrasonic testing and digital radiography.
