Joona Kotro

Joona Kotro joined Replico in early 2026, having previously performed subcontracting work for the company in grinding tasks. He has a degree in logistics but also has experience working on industrial sites.

Joona was drawn to Replico by his interest in the inspection field, and as an assistant inspector, he is gradually gaining experience both by learning from experienced inspectors on job sites and by completing NDT training courses one by one. First, Joona will take on radiographic inspections by obtaining his RT1 certification.

As an inspector, Joona sees his strength to be his common sense in tricky situations. Quick thinking and creativity are valuable assets in inspector work when solutions are needed for the challenges encountered in the field.
