Juha Nousiainen, who joined Replico in early 2026, has a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering. He is currently completing a master’s degree in Life Cycle Management, which he will graduate from during 2026.
Juha has been working in the inspection field since 2009, and his extensive work experience has given him strong situational control skills. He selects the appropriate techniques and methods according to the site’s requirements and conditions to ensure the best possible result. He has level 2 qualifications in all NDT methods.
Juha is thorough and conscientious in his work. In terms of development, he is particularly interested in life cycle services, which have also played an essential role in his studies.
