Kosti Koski has been Replico’s CEO since 2022. His key responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of Replico’s strategy, as well as developing and maintaining Replico’s corporate culture.
Kosti’s educational background combines technical and commercial expertise. He graduated as a master of science in energy technology from the Helsinki University of Technology in Otaniemi and holds a master’s degree in business administration (Corporate Governance) from Hanken School of Economics. From his previous career, Kostin has experience in industrial and energy sector companies, in both sales and management roles. He has, among other things, served as Business Manager at Helen and as Sales Director at a subsidiary of the construction company NCC.
In his current role, Kosti’s strengths are his interest in strategic management and his diverse sales background. In addition to his role as CEO, Kosti is also involved in Replico’s customer and sales operations.
