Petteri Lehto has an impressive career of over 30 years in the inspection field. After first studying to become a technician and then graduating as a mechanical and production engineer, Petteri has worked in a wide range of roles, from assistant NDT inspector to supervisor and regional management positions.
Petteri joined Replico in early 2026, and his toolkit includes a wide range of NDT inspections. Petteri holds all Level 2 NDT qualifications, Level 3 qualification in penetrant testing, IWS qualification, and several special method-specific qualifications.
In his work, Petteri particularly values the variety of tasks, technical challenges, and long-term customer relationships. Petteri’s strengths as an inspector are his thoroughness, systematic approach, and flexibility. Another of his strengths is his excellent ability to work under pressure, which he has developed over the years, particularly in industrial annual maintenance and demanding projects.
During his inspection career, Petteri has been extensively involved in the annual maintenance inspections of power plant boilers and turbines and has been responsible for the coordination and implementation of several inspection projects. He also has extensive experience in NDT inspections at engineering workshops, inspections of steel structures, and the supervision of welder qualification and procedure tests.
