She is particularly inspired by exploring issues in human resources management at both practical and strategic levels: how people, expertise, leadership, and structures can be combined in a way that strengthens the organization’s sustainable growth, works in day-to-day operations, and supports the desired direction. She wants to build a workplace where people feel comfortable and where balancing work and personal life is possible.
As a member of the management team, Suvi combines operational understanding with a strategic perspective to holistically support the organisation and its staff in sustainable growth. She recognises that financial and HR matters play a crucial role in implementing strategy in day-to-day operations.
For Suvi, the cornerstones of her work are acting in accordance with the company’s values, the impact of decisions, sustainability, and responsibility. She is curious and development-oriented, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration to deepen her leadership expertise.
